ISNAC Volleyball Volunteers

We are looking for volunteers to support the ISNAC Volleyball Tournament on Saturday 18th October. Students can sign-up on schoolsbuddy and teachers if you have time and speak to Ben/Ms Vicki.

Interhouse Ultimate Frisbee

Dear teachers and students, 

We are excited to announce that our first Interhouse game of the school year will start this Tuesday on the field. With 35 students participating in the Ultimate Frisbee Interhouse games we would like to ask everyone to come out and support these students during lunch break.

Access to the Fitness Room

  • as of 8 October 2025, to access the Fitness Room, you will need to read and sign the “Fitness Room Rules Disclaimer”. 
  • Forms are available outside/inside the Fitness Room, as well as at the Welcome Centre (Front Office).
  • After completion of the form, please submit it to the Front Desk Team.

Campus Access Management

The new Campus Access Management System has been in operation for 8 weeks, and we extend our sincere gratitude for your support and cooperation in adopting this initiative, which is designed to enhance campus security. During this period, we have received feedback from community members regarding certain issues, including the registration for pick up personnel, facial recognition at both outdoor and indoor devices.

  1. Strong sunlight exposure at specific angles causing facial overexposure.
  2. Shadows caused by hats leading to distorted facial information.
  3. Wearing sunglasses.
  4. Insufficient resolution or improper format of the originally submitted photo.
  5. Confusion about the new access policy

Regarding Items 4 and 5 above, please do not hesitate to visit the Service Center if you require assistance—such as re-uploading photos or seeking clarification on the access policy.
We would like to reiterate that the access management methods communicated to parents on August 8 remain unchanged:

  • For School Fence Gate #1, #2, #3
  1. Parents swipe school ID cards to enter to ensure card-wearing on campus.
  2. Non-parent pick-up persons must be authorized by parents and present a valid QR code for scanning and passage.
  3. Faculty, students, and non-parent board members enter using facial recognition or card swiping.
  4. Visitors must register using an invitation code for entry.
  • For the Fitness Room, Pool Changing Rooms, and the Centre Main Entrance to Campus:
  1. Staff/Faculty/Students/Parents shall all use facial recognition for access.
  2. Non-parent pick-up persons shall continue to use an authorized pick-up QR code for scanning and passage.

Reminder-NIS Community Centre Fitness Room Disclaimer Signing

According to new procedure for using the NIS Community Centre Fitness Room, all members are required to complete the  NIS Community Centre Fitness Room Disclaimer before using the facilities. 

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please kindly follow as below before you access to Fitness Room:

  • Please visit the front desk to obtain and complete the Fitness Room Rules Disclaimer. Copies of the form are also available outside the Fitness Room, level 3.  
  • Submit Your Disclaimer: Return the completed form to the front desk before your next workout. 

This new procedure helps us maintain a safe environment and ensures that all members are aware of the fitness room rules and guidelines. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
