Social Security App (Reminder)

📢 Important Update: PRC Social Insurance App Requirement for Foreign Experts

Effective January 1, all foreign experts must install the PRC Social Insurance App to activate Foreign Expert Card (FEC) information and QR codes.

🔹 New Staff: Can install and register once they have a local phone number.
🔹 Returning Staff: Must install the app by the end of February but should only register one month before FEC renewal.

Steps to Complete:

✅ Step 1: Install the app (Deadline: End of February).

💡 For iPhone Users: A local Apple ID is required. If you do not have a local Chinese Apple ID, The IT Department can assist with this.
💡 For Android Users: Enable installation from unknown sources in settings. Then scan the QR Code below to install the app. (The IT Department can also help if needed).

Please install the app in advance and wait to register until required. 🚀

✅ Step 3: Register one month before FEC renewal. (This step will happen when it is your time to renew. Please just complete Step 1 & 2 for now.)

Secondary School Common Practices Task Force

Facility Notice

Dear all,

  1. Due to maintenance work of the sliding door between Green Gym and Blue Gym, whole GYM area will be closed during this coming Weekend (Mar 1st~Mar 2nd).
  2. EVA on this coming Saturday (Mar 1st) 10:00am.
  3. Monthly Equipment Testing of Fire-fighting & Lockdown System on this coming Sunday (Mar 2nd)  8:00am~4:00pm. Please ignore the broadcasting, the alarming bell and the flickering blue lights during the period.

ISNAC U15 Badminton Trip March 4

There are 20 students from Grade 6 to Grade 8 will be out of school at 1pm on Tuesday March 4 (Day 7) for ISNAC U15 Badminton in Wycombe Abbey Nanjing, they will miss block 4 and block 5 class.

Teachers and staff, click here to sign up to be a guest reader in a classroom next week. (This is the same link that was put in the social chat on Wednesday, so no need to do it again.) Guest readers are asked to read a picture book (or a chapter, if desired) of their own choosing or to choose one from the library. You can choose any language you might feel comfortable reading aloud. I will match you up with available classes Friday after school. Kids love having guest readers!

Ramadan

This year Ramadan begins on Friday 28th February. While none of our Primary students are required to fast, some parents have informed us that their children may choose to do so at certain times or on certain days. Children wishing to fast have the option of spending 1st lunch in The Hub or in the cafeteria with friends. Please be mindful of not requiring them to purchase food or eat during this time. Be aware that children who choose to fast may have less energy for PE and other active games.
