Know a student who’s making the world a better place? 🌏 Nominate them for the EARCOS Global Citizenship Award! This is for a Grade 11 changemaker who’s kind, curious, globally minded, and always ready to take action. Winners get a shiny plaque 🏆 and can apply for a $500 service grant!

Hi G9 and 10 students! Thanks for all the students who votes for the G9-10 PTA activity. A movie night appeared to be the most popular activity followed by the Homecoming Dance. So save the date for Friday May 16 for a Movie Night Under The Stars! Registration will open soon. Thank you from the PTA
Earth Week – Day 2
Dear NIS
Thank you for all of your great work during lunch today celebrate Earth Week!
Today is our second day of celebrating Earth Week and sharing the learning from our Service as Action projects. We will have stalls set up from 12:30 through to 1:15pm. Secondary students should go to Block 4 as usual at 12:55pm.
Some students have arranged with their Service as Action teacher to help with facilitate and pack up, which means a small number of students may return late to Block 4. This should be limited to a few students per Service as Action project. Please refer to Sara’s instructions in the Sunday bulletin for more details. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
I look forward to seeing you outside the hub during lunch!

MAP Reading Make-up Test
MAP Reading Make-up test will happen in LGR2 today at 1:00pm. Some students might need both Block 4 & 5. Students and Block 4&5 teachers have already been notified.

Read any great books lately? You can nominate them to the Panda Award longlist for the 2026-27 school year! Books can be for 3 year olds all the way to grade 12 students. Requirements incluce:
Published in previous 2 or 3 years
Focus on an aspect of social justice, inclusion, or diversity
The author or creator must be relatively new to the Chinese/American market
Asian creator, protagonist, or setting
