Seeking EARCOS Teacher Representative 2025–2027

Are you passionate about professional learning, great at communication, and ready to support our school’s voice across the region?

We’re looking for our next EARCOS Teacher Representative (TR)—a key leadership role that connects our school to a vibrant network of educators across East Asia.

Key Highlights:

  • Promote PD opportunities and regional events like the EARCOS Teachers’ Conference (ETC)
  • Support teacher proposals, prep presenters, and represent our school at the annual conference in March
  • Help build a strong learning culture and welcome new staff to the EARCOS network

Traits we value:

  • Clear communicator, reliable team player, detail-oriented, and passionate about growth
  • Experience with (or interest in!) workshop presentations or helping others shine
  • Open to learning, inclusive in approach, and enthusiastic about connecting staff to great opportunities

What to Expect:

  • Term: 2 years (2025–2027)
  • Conference Attendance: 
    • NIS will cover your registration
    • Your PD budget will be dedicated to attending the EARCOS Teachers’ Conference – an incredible opportunity to grow, connect, and represent our school 
  • Time Commitment: Approx. 3-4 hours/month + participation in the March conference

Primary Production Rehearsals

Teachers, if primary production rehearsals happen during a specialist class, the specialist teacher should come to the PAC or JB’s room to help watch the class. Homeroom teachers need to be there at non-specialist times, please.

Theatre Volunteering/ Leadership

We are in need of help to lead/organise our annual clean-up of the props and costumes room

We need students who love to lead, organise and are willing to help be involved in long term stage management
