The bookfair will be at the tall tables in the Hub Monday, May 12, – Friday, May 16, from 7:45-4:15. Primary & secondary teachers, please sign up to preview the books with your classes between Monday & Thursday. One class per time slot, but you probably only need 10-15 minutes.

Primary teachers – please remember to send Primary Student Council members to meet with Eric Sands today in B160 (opposite the Cafeteria) at 9.05.

Dear overseas colleagues,

This is a kind reminder to submit your Housing Rental E-forms for the upcoming school year.

To facilitate the process, please follow the guidelines below if you previously submitted the housing rental E-form via the HOSE system (https://app.ekuaibao.com/web/app.html#/login):

• On the HOSE system dashboard, you can find all your submitted E-forms under the “Home” and “Documents”pages.
• Please locate a previous housing rental E-form, duplicate it up to six times as needed, and update the Title, Description, and Preferred Payment Date for each form.
• If you have moved to a different rental property, make sure to update the bank information accordingly.
• Please wait for an email reminder before printing the forms. The Accounts Office can only process payments against approved and printed forms.

Timely submission will help ensure the smooth processing of your housing rental payments for the new school year.
