G8 and G7 Music Coffeehouses!

To anyone who might like to attend, the G8 Music class will put on their end-of-semester Coffeehouse showcase this afternoon, June 6, in the HUB LGR2, starting from 3:15pm. The showcase should last about 30-40 minutes.

Also, don’t miss the G7 Coffeehouse showcase next Monday, June 9, at the same time and place! The showcase that day should end between 4:15pm and 4:20pm.

Hope to see you there!

Primary – PTA Ice Cream Distribution

The PTA is providing ice-creams to all children today. They will distribute these in the foyer outside The Hub.

EY teachers should take their classes to the foyer at 1pm after eating lunch, then return to the EY playground (or EY kitchen if preferred) to eat)

G1-5 teachers – we have adapted lunch procedures today to avoid a rush in the foyer. Please inform children on the following

  • Traffic light system will not run as normal today
  • When children have finished eating lunch (when their plate is clean), they should raise their hand to call a teacher over
  • The teacher will check and ask them to clear their tray
  • Once their tray is cleared, they can go directly to the lobby to receive their ice cream
  • Students must then go outside to eat their ice cream (no eating in The Hub or gym)
  • As students receive their ice cream we will mark their names off a list
  • If there is a long queue, students may wish to play outside for a few minutes before returning to collect their ice cream

Thanks!
