Vistor Management System

Hi everyone,

We now have a new Visitor Management system for inviting guests to campus. It’s quick, simple, and all done through Teams. This system is for inviting visitors such as vendors, guest speakers, and colleagues from other schools. Please note, you will not use it for alumni or student visitors, those will be handled by Communications & Marketing or the PA to the Head of School. You can check out the step-by-step guide on the IT Support Site in the Visitor Management folder.

If you need a hand getting started, just drop by the IT Department. As always, we’re happy to walk you through it.

Hi Everyone,

We would love to get your Feedback on Orientation and PLD this year. The form is set to anonymous and will give us insight into how to improve for next year. Please complete by this Friday, August 22, 2025 so we can be sure to capture your feedback for reflection.

The survey should take no more than 5 minutes and for new teachers maybe slightly longer.

Many thanks for sharing your voice.

Ultimate Frisbee – Lunchtime FUN!

Hey everyone!

We invite all members of the NIS community to join us for some fun, friendly frisbee sessions, whether you’re a pro at this or just want to try throwing a frisbee for a change, everyone is welcome no matter how much experience you have!

There will be many fun activities from some casual throwing & catching to some potential mini games! This time is meant to be chill place to hang out, make friends, and enjoy some fresh air outside!

These throw around sessions will be held at the grass field in front of the foyer on days 1, 3, 5, and 7 with Mr. Farnham supervising us all outside.

No pressure, stress free, and absolutely no experience needed. If you have any questions talk to Kasper Chow at kasperchow@nanjing-school.com.

We’ll hope to see you guys out there!
