As we begin the new school year, the Accounts Office would like to share a few reminders to help streamline reimbursement, payment processing and finance support services.

Please note the following arrangements:

• Cashier’s Window: To better align our services with current demand, the cashier’s window will generally operate twice a week, on Monday and Thursday, from 8:00–11:30 and 12:30–16:00.
• Finance Enquiries: Please email Julia Zhang for credit card payment requests, WeChat Pay support and other finance-related enquiries. Requests and walk-in consultations will normally be handled on Wednesday afternoons, unless the matter is urgent.
• Staff Reimbursements: Reimbursements will normally be paid once a month by bank transfer, on the last Thursday of each month, separately from payroll.
• Urgent Cash Reimbursements: Cash reimbursements are available only for special cases (e.g. student trips or activities). Please enter “Cash to [Recipient Name]” in the Payee’s Info or Bank Info field on the E-form.
• Submission of Approved E-forms: To ensure reimbursements can be processed on time, please submit the printed and approved E-form, together with all supporting documents, e.g. FA PIAO or Invoice, to the Accounts Office in advance of the monthly payment run.

– Parent Meal Experience from 10:30-12:00pm in the Cafeteria on Wednesday, August 12th.
Parents will be finished by 12:00pm and Regular lunch will start at 12:00pm.

Hi everyone, a big thank you to all those to participated in the coaching programme this year. We appreciate you time in supporting the students. We will have some opportunities due to some wonderful coaches leaving us so please look below and see if you are interested in still coaching or would like to join a coaching team. The teams, coaches and training days are not 100% confirmed yet so please come and talk to myself or Ms Vicki if you have an interest.

Season 1 we have some spaces for the following:

• U12 Girls and U15 Football Team manager/assistant for both teams
• U15/19 Pickleball Assistant coach

Welcome back to the new school year!

The 2026-2027 school calendar has been placed in each of your mailboxes. Homeroom teachers and Advisors will also receive copies of their students’ calendars for distribution.

A few spare copies are available on the desk in the mailroom should you need an extra one. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

Dear all,

Due to scheduled facilities maintenance, system testing and renovation work, NIS campus will be under closed management from June 18th, 12pm to August 2nd, 12am.

During this period:
1. The Centre offices, HUB and Section A&B offices will be open and operational as usual.
2. Section C&D, PAC building, Swimming Pool and Gyms will be closed.
3. The main access corridor at the Centre 1F will be closed.
4. The fitness room will be open throughout the holiday as normal open hours.

And for Access:
1. Cars enter and exit campus through Gate No. 2.
2. Staff working in Main Building will enter and exit campus via Gate No. 4.
3. Contractors will have access through registration.
4. Visitors will have access through Visit Manager system.
5. Section C&D will be enclosed with no access except for construction personnel.
6. The staff lounge will be turned into construction management and QS office.

For access protocols, please refer to the designated routes for campus access and follow the instruction of security personnel on site.
