To help us manage Accounts Office daily work more efficiently, please send all finance-related enquiries and requests to Julia Zhang by email, including:
- Credit Card Payment Requests
- WeChat Pay Setup or Communication
- Other Enquiries, Finance Supports or Cooperation Matters
Starting now, requests will be reviewed and processed every Wednesday afternoon.
Please note that walk-in requests will also be scheduled for Wednesday afternoon, unless the matter is urgent. If you require in-person assistance, please make an appointment with Julia Zhang in advance.
