Student Coaching Opportunities 2026-27

Hi everyone, a big thank you to all those to participated in the student coaching programme this year. We appreciate your time in supporting the student athletes. We will have some opportunities so please look below and see if you are interested in still coaching or would like to join a coaching team. The teams, coaches and training days are not 100% confirmed yet so please come and talk to myself or Ms Vicki if you have an interest.

Season 1 we have some spaces for the following:

  • U12 Table Tennis Student Coaches
  • U12 and U15 Football student Coaches
  • Ultimate Frisbee U12 + U15/19 Student Coaches
  • U19 Volleyball Team manager/assistant coach
  • More teams would love student coaches so please have a think.

PE/Athletics Equipment Return

Hi everyone, as we look to collect and store our equipment at the end of this school year, please return items that have been borrowed to the relevant section/who you borrowed from.

All IT Items Due Today!

Hi everyone,

As we wrap up the school year, the IT department is starting our annual inventory and maintenance process. If you’ve borrowed any devices—laptops, iPads, charging cables, bricks, or anything else from us—please make sure to return them by Tuesday, June 16th, 2026. Please return your items at the IT support window located on the first floor of the HUB.

Also, just a heads-up: Monday, June 15th will be the last day we allow checkouts. After that, we’ll be focused entirely on collecting and preparing everything for summer updates and repairs.

Facility Notice – School Closed Management during Summer Holiday

Dear all,

Due to scheduled facilities maintenance, system testing and renovation work, NIS campus will be under closed management from June 18th, 12pm to August 2nd, 12am.

During this period:
1. The Centre offices, HUB and section A&B offices will be open and operational as usual.
2. Section C&D, PAC building, Swimming Pool and Gyms will be closed.
3. The main access corridor at the Centre 1F will be closed.
4. The fitness room will be open throughout the holiday as normal open hours.

And for Access:
1. Cars enter and exit campus through Gate No. 2.
2. Staff working in Main Building will enter and exit campus via Gate No. 4.
3. Contractors will have access through registration.
4. Visitors will have access through Visit Manager system.
5. Section C&D will be enclosed with no access except for construction personnel.
6. The staff lounge will be turned into construction management and QS office.

For access protocols, please refer to the designated routes for campus access and follow the instruction of security personnel on site.

Please remove all personal food and items from the Staff Room and Early Year Kitchen refrigerators by 12:00 PM on Friday, June 18.

Cashier’s Window Service and Reimbursement Updates for the next School Year

To better align resources with the declining demand for cashier services, the cashier’s window service hours will be adjusted beginning next school year.

The cashier’s window will be open twice a week:

Monday and Thursday
8:00 – 11:30
12:30 – 16:00

General Staff Reimbursements

Bank transfer will be the default payment method for staff reimbursements.

Reimbursement payments will be processed once a month by bank transfer, normally on the last Thursday of the month, and separately from payroll.

Special Case Reimbursements

Cash reimbursements will be available only for special cases, such as student trips or activities.

For urgent cash reimbursement requests, please enter “Cash to [Recipient Name]” in the Payee’s Info or Bank Info field on the E-form.
