Planning a school trip? We have moved our RAMS and trip planning process from the old paper form to a new Microsoft Power App.
The NIS Trip Planning Hub is now the place to start when planning any school trip.
For a trip NIS has done before:
Complete the NIS Trip Planner & RAMS form.
For a brand-new trip that needs approval:
Start by completing the NIS New Trip Research Form. Once the trip is approved, you can then complete the NIS Trip Planner & RAMS form.
Helpful features
The new app makes trip planning easier by allowing you to:
- Save a form as a draft and return to complete it later.
- Copy a previous form to make repeated trips quicker to set up.
- Upload attachments and important supporting documents directly with your trip information.
- View your drafted and submitted forms in one place.
