| 8:00-8:10 | Students move to their House Meeting Locations Xuanwu – Blue gym, Taiping – Green gym, Wutaishan – Cafeteria |
| 8:10-8:20 | Learn House Chant |
| 8:20-8:25 | All students gather in the Blue Gym |
| 8:25-8:40 | House chants competition (Chant competition, Bring down the house competition, Winners announced) |
Procedures for walking to the House Meeting Locations
- Secondary students – Advisors please walk students towards the Cafeteria and gym
- Primary students – Teachers please walk students to their respective House Meeting Locations as follows (apologies if you’re not exactly with your own house)

Teacher Role & Support
During the House Event, please participate fully and support your House with enthusiasm, energy, and school spirit. Each House Meeting Location will have designated adults supporting the House Leaders; however, we ask all staff to remain attentive and step in if behavioural concerns arise.
- Xuanwu – House captain (Hyeonseo Ji), Adult support (Sandra, Zhang Bo)
- Taiping – House captain (Claire Gu), Adult support (Anna, Scott)
- Wutaishan – House captain (Wono Cho), Adult Support (Echo, Sara)
