Hi everyone,
We now have a new Visitor Management system for inviting guests to campus. It’s quick, simple, and all done through Teams. This system is for inviting visitors such as vendors, guest speakers, and colleagues from other schools. Please note, you will not use it for alumni or student visitors, those will be handled by Communications & Marketing or the PA to the Head of School. You can check out the step-by-step guide on the IT Support Site in the Visitor Management folder.

If you need a hand getting started, just drop by the IT Department. As always, we’re happy to walk you through it.

Our hot weather protocols can be found here. Temperatures are based on the “real feel”/”feels like” temperature and we use the Accuweather app.
Please remind children to take a water bottle with them to lunch and break, and wear a hat if they have one. Children who are playing outside without a water bottle, should be encouraged to take regular drink breaks at the water fountain (especially our Primary soccer players).
Be aware of your indoor break duty location, as we may need to call indoor break due to hot weather today or in the coming week.
Hi Homeroom teachers & Advisors,
Do you want to hear your favourite song being played throughout the whole school for a week? Discuss in your homerooms or advisories. Afterwards please fill in the form if you have a song clip to submit. We would love for you to share your voice via the form.
https://forms.office.com/r/5pkNMPbecS
Please note that clips should be:
– 15 seconds long
– in m4a or mp3 format
– appropriate lyrics, topic and content for Early Years to Gr. 12
We get a lot of requests so fill in your request earlier and you’ll hear the song sooner!
Thanks for sharing your voice!
Today please come to the PAC foyer to collect the house T-shirts(if needed) according to the following schedule. Staff may pick it up during lunch time (12pm-1pm).

Morning All,
Please see BTT Rota 2526 Final.pdf. You can refer to the BTT Guidelines 2024.pdf for information on how to support students during break time at your designated locations, or contact Scott and me for any clarification.
Due to the hot weather, please refer to the Hot Weather Protocol at NIS.url. Scott and I will keep our eyes on it and inform you if you need to take any action.
Happy Friday!
