Primary House Challenge – Booked!

Here is the link for the slide to display in your classroom for the reading House Challenge on Friday (also available in Sunday bulletin). The answers for the two questions are in the “Notes” of the slide show.

Answer sheets were given to classrooms on Wednesday. Please pair (or triple if that works best for numbers) up your students by house and give each pair an answer sheet, pencil, and clipboard to take as they move from room to room trying to answer the questions.

Integrators, please station yourselves in hallways to help direct traffic and behavior. Teachers and TAs, please mark the answer sheets as correct or incorrect in your room for your two questions.

At the end, please collect the answer sheets and either send them to the Hub or give to me as I’m wandering the halls like a madwoman.

Book Week Reading for Primary Students

Today during Primary Lunch Break, Grade 11 students will be reading picture books to any Primary students who would like to listen to some stories. They will be reading in multiple languages, and explaining in English as well. Grade 11s will be reading in Chinese, Korean, German, Spanish, French, Japanese (and the other languages that they speak).

Primary teachers, please encourage your students to come to the Library during Lunch Break on Wednesday to enjoy some fun multilingual stories for Book Week!

How many GCD stories have you shared?

Look under FILES on ManageBac to find the GCD Scaffolds. Fill it out with bullet points, find two pieces of evidence and then make an appointment to tell your with Ms Anna or your advisor or your favorite teacher your amazing stories.
