We are collating the Primary Pick Up survey results and will publish them, along with bus lists, to home room teachers today. We will have some parents who have not replied. Assume these children are “classroom pick up” unless a parent informs you otherwise. Please pay extra attention to all new students, including in the upper grades, and ensure they are met by a carer or find their bus. Any child not picked up by 3.15 can be sent to the Primary Office.
We’re excited to welcome new students into classrooms this morning. A list of new students expected today can be found in the Beginning of Year folder – “New Student List 25-26”.
Can G1-5 HR teachers and TAs come to the PAC at around 8.00 and sit in the front seats. We will release new students from the PAC by grade.
After a short introduction to NIS in the PAC, Primary parents will move to LGR1
EY students will go directly to the EY.
Parents will collect children from the classrooms at around 9.20. Please ensure you are there in your rooms at that time.
Class Lists on Managebac and SeeSaw will go live this morning. We have cross referenced to make sure Managebac lists are accurate. New students who are not beginning tomorrow do not yet appear in Managebac. We will inform teachers of those children. Please check your class lists in Managebac this morning and notify us ASAP if you notice any discrepancies.
Welcome Letters: If you have not done so already, please check with your grade level colleagues to ensure you are sending out the same information. Letters can go out between 3 pm- 4pm – we will share class email addresses today.
We have a quick touch base scheduled for 1pm today. This should last around 30 minutes.

If you were part of the cultural cookbook service group please come and collect your cultural cookbook ( free of charge)
After all the work you put it in it would be a shame not to have a copy
See me at LUNCH today to collect one
Thanks
For all students who are taking part in next years production -please see the attached link to a video of the play and also a copy of the script
Please be aware that we will be making some small edits to the script when we come back in August.
Everyone involved should take a look at these resources before we start rehearsing so you know the play – you can also start looking and your lines!
Can’t wait to start working with you all -it will be a wonderful show!
