All IT Items Due June 16th

Hi everyone,

As we wrap up the school year, the IT department is starting our annual inventory and maintenance process. If you’ve borrowed any devices—laptops, iPads, charging cables, bricks, or anything else from us—please make sure to return them by Tuesday, June 16th, 2026. Please return your items at the IT support window located on the first floor of the HUB.

Also, just a heads-up: Monday, June 15th will be the last day we allow checkouts. After that, we’ll be focused entirely on collecting and preparing everything for summer updates and repairs.

CMB APP Training – Venue Confirmation

The meeting room for the CMB APP Training has been confirmed as HUB LGR1.

Date: 11 June 2026 (Thursday)
Time: 3:15 – 4:00 PM
Venue: HUB LGR1

Thanks to the 21 registered colleagues. Shannon, Grace Song, and I will provide onsite support.

Representatives from CMB will introduce the APP functions for foreign currency exchange and overseas bank transfers, while the tax agent will explain how to obtain the registration code for the Individual Income Tax (IIT) APP and how to download the IIT Statement.

The first step of a long journey is about to begin—but if it means no more queuing at the bank for every exchange and remittance, the effort will be well worth it!

Good morning!

To help us manage Accounts Office daily work more efficiently, please send all finance-related enquiries and requests to Julia Zhang by email, including:

  • Credit Card Payment Requests
  • WeChat Pay Setup or Communication
  • Other Enquiries, Finance Supports or Cooperation Matters

Starting now, requests will be reviewed and processed every Wednesday afternoon.

Please note that walk-in requests will also be scheduled for Wednesday afternoon, unless the matter is urgent. If you require in-person assistance, please make an appointment with Julia Zhang in advance.

G7 Music Class Coffeehouse
